Partnering Parents To Bring Up Emotionally Healthy Children
Parenting can feel overwhelming, and many parents find themselves in the deep end as they learn how to understand and connect with their child or teenager.
The parents I partner with find it challenging to navigate their child’s growing needs, emotions, and behaviours. They come from all stages of parenting, and may be supporting children with or without mental health concerns.
I want to support parents in starting well and to form meaningful, deep connections with their children. It is never too late to start; I also support parents in repairing well, especially if there are difficulties in the present parent-child relationship.
I believe that a strong parent–child attachment in the early years lays the foundation for healthy emotional development later in life. This work is deeply meaningful to me as I see it as a preventative measure, and I genuinely enjoy supporting parents through these stages.

Fees
Individual therapy sessions are 50 minutes in duration and cost (TBC) per session.
Fees are set with a commitment to balancing accessibility and sustainable, high-quality care.
To be transparent, the session fee reflects not only the time spent together in the therapy room, but also the professional expertise, clinical judgment, and ongoing training that support the therapeutic process. This includes continual professional development, consultation, supervision, and preparation that contribute to providing effective and evidence-based care. It also helps to cover any administrative costs in running the practice.
Accessibility and Sponsorship Fund
We believe that financial circumstances should not be a barrier to accessing psychological support. If you are a student or unemployed, please get in touch.
A sponsorship fund is also available to help subsidise therapy costs for individuals experiencing financial hardship. If you would like to find out more, please get in touch to discuss your circumstances confidentially.
